Olson, Anders--Mandan N.D. Sept 17, Olson, Anders aged twenty six years died at the Mandan Hospital of diabetes after a brief illness.  The deceased was born in Norway and came to the United States with his parents when about seven years old.  They settled at Parkin and have made their residence there since.  His father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Ole Olson, a brother and sister all of whom reside at Parkin, remain to mourn his death.  The deceased was very well known in the Parkin and Huff vicinities. The funeral was held from the Olson home at Parkin.  Bismarck Tribune Friday September 18, 1914
